Netradhara or Akshitarpana

It is a special cleansing technique of pouring herbal decoctions in a continuous stream over the eyes for 15-20 mins resting the head in a comfortable position.
This treatment involves the washing of the eyes with Triphala water (decoction) or goat’s milk which cleanses the eyes and also removes various eye related problems.
