It is the vision of Late Padmashri Dr P.R Krishnakumarji (The Arya Vaidya Pharmacy, Coimbatore) to “Prachar”, spread the knowledge of Ayurveda. In memory of and to honour all that Late Padmashri Dr P.R Krishnakumarji lived for, KK Singapore Ayurveda Institute (KKSAI) was set up in August 2021, by Mrs Shailaja Suresh, Krishnakumarji\u2019s niece who resides in Singapore. She runs various Ayurvedic centres in Singapore, called Om Vedic Heritage Centre Pte Ltd since 2010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The institute together with Om Vedic Heritage Centre is an effort to teach traditional Ayurvedic Medicine and provide ancient Ayurvedic therapies to help manage and maintain the health and well-being of individuals\u2019 body, mind and spirit. As a science of self-healing, Ayurveda encompasses diet and nutrition, lifestyle, yoga, meditation, pranayama\/breathing exercises and herbal medicines\/supplements along with Detox (cleansing and rejuvenation) programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objectives of the Institute<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To bring about total health, well-being and awareness in individuals by offering comprehensive programmes packed with values, principles and concepts for healthcare professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is the dream of Late Padmashri Dr P.R Krishnakumarji (MD, the Arya Vaidya Pharmacy, Coimbatore) and the goal of KK Singapore Ayurveda Institute to be able to integrate Ayurveda with modern medicine, yoga, Indian astrology and other ancient Indian healing disciplines, through educational programmes, for individuals to adopt into their daily living and for health care professionals into their clinical practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Institute is run under the guidance of renowned and expert Vaidyas, Academicians and Ayurvedic Physicians, whose directives are carried out by Institute staff members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
