It is a soothing technique to relax strained eyes, cooling and refreshing. It delays cataract formation, helps in treating chronic conjunctivitis, glaucoma and improves eye sight. It is a treatment for vata doshas. It nourishes injured, rough, tired and dry eyes completely.
